2018 Lot Survey from Jepson & Associates
Jepson & Associates are the original surveyors of the Sandy Point development project and have remained the best source of knowledge and data for area. This survey was completed in 2018 as part of our initial construction assessments and in conjunction with our architect, Haven Design Workshop.
